1. What information do we collect?

Personal information you disclose to us

Information collected from other sources

We collect publicly available information about job candidates and store that information in the DevScanr Talent Database. If you have a professional profile, resume, or CV on a publicly available website, we may collect that information either directly or through third-party providers of such public information. The personal information we collect may include

  • your name
  • email address
  • professional qualifications
  • work experience

We may also infer other characteristics about job candidates in the DevScanr Talent Database so that recruiters and hiring managers can be more targeted when approaching candidates.

We voluntarily provide you with the ability to opt out of the use of this personal information, as outlined in the “What are your privacy rights?” section of this Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly solicit from or collect data or market to children under 16 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 16. If we learn that personal information from users less than 16 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and/or take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Information collected from other sources

DevScanr processes personal information relating to job candidates in the DevScanr Talent Database to provide an effective recruitment solution for our customers. All job candidate information in our DevScanr Talent Database is used by our customers to better source external candidates for appropriate job opportunities.

3. When and with whom do we share your personal information?

Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents (“third parties”) who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. We have contracts in place with our third parties, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will also not share your personal information with any organization apart from us. We disclose personal information (name, email address, education, professional qualifications, work history, etc.) about job candidates in the DevScanr Talent Database with our business customers and users to provide an effective recruitment solution to source external candidates for appropriate job opportunities.

We may also disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent or at your direction.

4. Do we use tracking technologies?

We may use cookies, web beacons, SDKs, device identifiers and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services, including your IP address and other identifiers, web browser and mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and conversion information. This information is used to understand how our services perform and determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand your online activity.

5. How long do we keep your information?
