In August 2024 Nonna is looking for a Senior DevOps with knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm. Her company has access to most major sourcing platforms. Still the recruitment team, under Natallia Savitskaya’ supervision, is keen to try new tools – to extend the tech talent pool and increase the engagement.

The interface was quite clear, so there were practically no problems getting to know the platform. The search results were pretty relevant. To quickly evaluate candidates, I looked at the skills heat map on a talent card: it clearly shows what technologies a candidate is experienced with, and for how many years.
I’ve found a winning candidate as one of the first on the list, and it was great that his Telegram was there, speeding up the communication. The candidate was looking for a job.

Statistics

Search filters used for initial matching (locations, skills, seniority) of the above case resulted in about 500 matching profiles. Nonna reviewed resumes of 100 engineers, contacted 30 of them; 3 engineers passed the interview, one of them was eventually hired. A truly outstanding example of recruitment efficiency!
